Feeders with rugged arc-welded structure and clamps driven by a brushless servo motor, which by means of a kinematic worm screw device, combines infeed speed and positioning accuracy. The clamps are locked by means of pneumatic or hydraulic actuators. The feeder stands on the ground on a raised base and is bracketed to the press surface, on which it can be easily adjusted in height.
A strip end device is fitted.
The control of the feeder is entirely electronic by means of an ergonomic and user-friendly display panel positioned in an independent console mobile electrical cabinet.
Different steps, even negative, can be set; option also to set the speed and the acceleration of the step and to store a number of different configurations in the machine memory bank, which can be pulled-up whenever a specific process has to be repeated.
