BELT BLADE HYDRAULIC GRINDING UNIT - RF 531 P

The Alix BELT BLADE HYDRAULIC GRINDING UNIT RF 531 P grinding unit is a machine designed to grind the sides of stellite® faced belt saw blade teeth.
Thanks to its highly professional features, it is especially suited for large production outputs. All tooth grinding phases are electronically controlled by a programmer (PLC) and, according to the type of tooth, all the data can be easily set on a terminal located in the upper part of the switchboard.

All movements are hydraulically controlled and dimensioned in order to obtain a precise and smooth movement. The overall structure of the machine, which is made entirely of ST 52.2 electrically welded steel, is compact and very strong to ensure high-precision grinding. Brake vice closure is double acting: strong grip during tooth grinding, minimum grip during blade feed. The downward movement of the grinding wheel heads is also split into two distinct phases: fast during the approach stage, slow during the tooth grinding stage.

The machine, which has a complete range of standard fittings, also features motorized adjustment of the blade holding stand. The on-board switchboard features an ergonomically positioned operator panel on which are present the easily identified switches. Its panel is fitted with an operator terminal with several pages for programming and with a complete self -diagnostics for all possible faults.
